Problem
Industrial software usually looks like it was built in the 90s cluttered, confusing, and stressful for operators to use. The old setup had too much visual noise, making daily tasks slower and increasing the chance of simple user errors.
Process
Mapped the Flow: Looked at how operators log in and navigate, cutting out unnecessary steps.
Built a Component System: Created a clean library with clear input fields, high-contrast buttons, and simple status indicators.
Prototyped & Tested: Designed high-fidelity wireframes to make sure the engineering team and stakeholders were fully aligned before writing code.
Solution
Clean Authentication: Designed a distraction-free login screen that makes access fast and foolproof.
High-Legibility UI: Used a modern visual hierarchy with strong contrast so operators can read data effortlessly on industrial monitors.
Developer-Friendly Assets: Delivered structured UI components so the dev team could implement screens quickly without guessing.
Results
Faster Workflows: Cut down the time it takes for operators to get into the system and start working.
Less Strain: A clean interface meant fewer mistakes and less cognitive overload for operators on long shifts.
Smooth Handoff: Developers got a clear, modular design system, speeding up total build time.
From zero to production
I run the full loop research, design, and the production front-end code so the artifact you see above is the artifact you ship.
