Nodify

Nodify had a super powerful engine for handling complex business processes, but the interface felt heavy and technical. Users were struggling to navigate through dense data, setup multi-step workflows, and track daily operational tasks without getting overwhelmed by the visual noise.

I started by diving deep into how enterprise teams and admins actually interact with BPM systems. Working closely with key stakeholders, I mapped out the core user flows, stripped away unnecessary complexity, and established a scalable design system.

I designed a clean, modular dashboard and workflow UI that balances deep functional capabilities with a smooth user experience.

The new dashboard design transformed a clunky, technical backend into a modern, user-friendly SaaS platform. It significantly reduced onboarding time for new users, streamlined daily operations, and gave the product a polished, professional look that builds instant trust with prospective clients.
